Buying a Red Seal Licensed beat off Buy-Instrumentals.com gives you the right to use the instrumental(s) you have purchased from Buy-Instrumentals.com to publish either one audio product or one video product.
Buy-Instrumentals.com customers do not own Red Seal beats, the producer still holds exclusive rights to the underlying composition. The beats that are sold directly off this web site are strictly sold in conjunction with non-exclusive licenses.
This entitles us to sell multiple copies of the same instrumentals to different people of different demographics across the world.
What does this mean to the Red Seal License holder? Simply put, this means that our beats will be made into independent productions and published worldwide by multiple Red Seal License owners. Each individual Red Seal License holder still retains the right to use their purchased instrumental(s) of ours in either one audio or one video project of your design.
There will be a limited number of Red Seal Licenses sold for each instrumental, with exact numbers to be determined by the producer.
You must take into account the fact that even if a few finished tracks are made and both make radio airplay, even when the two separate tracks become hits they will likely never cross each others paths. Each individual party keeps the money they made off the track.
However, if you wish to purchase exclusive rights to one of our beats you will need to purchase a Gold Seal License. Only then will the exclusive rights be fully transferred to the buyer and the beat removed from sale.
When exclusive rights to a beat are finally sold, Red Seal License holders who leased the beat previously still retain their rights to use it on one audio or one video project. Your rights will be protected because you will have purchased a license prior to the exclusive sale.
After payment you will receive a Red Seal License contract complete with the numbered official Red Seal License graphic seal in a high quality printable PDF format. This will be delivered electronically inside the instrumental package.

owners may not: |
- You may not re-sell the beat in it's original form or any chopped up portion, it may only be sold and used for profit in conjunction with lyrics or synchronized with a video project.
- You may not use the leased beat on 2 or more audio/video projects unless you have paid for that same number of Red Seal licenses.
- You may not sell more than 1500 copies without purchasing an additional Red Seal License, or contacting us to buy the exclusive rights (Gold Seal License).
- You may not leave us out of the production credits. You must credit the "(Producer) of Buy-Instrumentals.com" for all media releases.
- You may not post or make available on the internet directly or indirectly any beat you have purchased from Buy-Instrumentals.com until it is used in conjunction with lyrics or synchronized with your video project, but not both. Distributing the beat in it's original form is strictly forbidden.
- Red Seal Licensed beats are not intended for distribution by any major record label. Please contact us to purchase the exclusive rights to do so.
- Buy-Instrumentals.com customers do not own the underlying composition. These exclusive rights still remain the intellectual property of the Producer.
